What does full-service property management include?

Full-service management covers everything: tenant screening, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, vendor management, monthly financial reporting, lease renewals, and eviction coordination if needed.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Southern California including Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside, and San Bernardino.

How do I get started?

Contact us for a free management quote. We’ll review your property, walk you through our process, and can take over management quickly — even if you already have a tenant in place.

Is there a long-term contract?

 No. We operate month-to-month. We earn your business every month, not by locking you in.

Do you manage single-family homes, multi-unit, and commercial properties?

Yes. We manage single-family homes, 2–4 unit properties, 5+ unit buildings, and commercial properties, each at a different management fee tier.
